Eve Q. Wang, a Partner in Washington, D.C., worked as a senior international trade compliance analyst in the Enforcement and Compliance unit at the U.S. Department of Commerce, analyzing complex issues regarding foreign companies’ compliance with U.S. AD and CVD laws, and conducting on-site sales and cost verifications of foreign companies in both market and non-market countries. Eve has been involved in a wide variety of trade proceedings, including agency investigations and administrative reviews, changed circumstances reviews, anti-circumvention, scope rulings, Section 129 proceedings, and court remands. In her career as a government official, Eve has participated in cases spanning various sectors including the steel, aluminum, tire, paper, utility, and chemical industries.
Prior to her trade remedy experience, Eve served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John C. Yoder in the Twenty-Third Judicial Circuit of West Virginia. Previous to that position, Eve worked as a research analyst in the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice.
