Elaine F. Wang, resident partner in Washington D.C., is a native Chinese speaker who has extensive experience in assisting our Chinese clients in antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings involving agricultural, industrial and consumer products before the U.S. Department of Commerce. Elaine has been deeply rooted in international trade, and has rich hands-on experience. She represented leading companies in multiple industries such as solar industry manufacturers, exporters and importers in antidumping proceedings and obtained remarkable results. She is also involved in supply chain issues related to forced labor.
