Kristina M. Barry began her career with GDLSK as an intern in the summer of 2017. Her practice is focused on customs and international trade law. Ms. Barry has experience with the classification of merchandise under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, valuation (including first sale appraisement), Section 301 tariffs and exclusions, marking and origin verifications, and drafting responses to CF-28s and CF-29s, penalty notices and prior disclosures. She has assisted with state regulatory issues involving the Fish and Wildlife Service, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Food and Drug Administration.

As a law student, Ms. Barry completed a judicial internship at the United States Court of International Trade.
