Katherine A. Dobscha began her career with GDLSK as an intern in the summer of 2018. Her practice is focused on customs and international trade law. Ms. Dobscha has experience with the classification of merchandise under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, free trade agreements, country of origin determination and marking, Section 232 exclusions, Forced Labor issues, and first sale appraisement programs. She has assisted with state regulatory issues involving the Federal Trade Commission.

Ms. Dobscha is the author of “Considering a Juvenile Exception to the Felony Murder Rule,” published in the Case Western Reserve Law Review.
