Petelin (https://www.gdlsk.com/people/petelin-brandon/) has accepted an invitation to become “of counsel” to the firm and will continue to practice in the firm’s Washington DC office, where he focuses on representing foreign companies and U.S. importers in international trade matters before the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. International Trade Commission, Court of International Trade and Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
