Mark E. Pardo


Mark Pardo is a partner in the Firm’s Washington, DC office. His practice is focused on antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings and other unfair trade remedy actions. Mr. Pardo’s practice includes a particular emphasis on non-market economy antidumping cases. He has represented numerous clients in China and Vietnam. He also routinely advises clients on matters regarding the scope of antidumping orders and analyzes the potential duty liability clients face from existing orders as well as from anticipated future cases. Mr. Pardo is very active in litigation at both the District Court and the Appellate Court level.

Mr. Pardo has written articles and provided commentary to newspapers and other trade journals published both in the United States and China regarding developments with antidumping laws. He is admitted to practice before the US Court of International Trade and the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Over the years, he has successfully challenged numerous determinations by the US Department of Commerce and has argued cases that resulted in widely cited court precedent.
